|
At a recent City Commission meeting, the Commission expressed concerns with developments which obtain approvals and then fail to begin construction. While it is recognized that market and financial forces are significant factors that remain beyond the control of the City, staff have reviewed and considered several options that are available to the City Commission that may serve to encourage timely development construction after City Commission approval is obtained. |
